Why First Light

Most coaching leaves you alone between sessions. We build community around you — so progress is shared, and support is affordable.

Small cohorts

Max 8 people, so you're seen and heard.

Real community

A private space between sessions, not just on the call.

Sliding-scale + funding

Bursary places and Access to Work routes.

From the founders 🔶

“We started First Light because we’ve lived this — and because no one should have to face ADHD alone, on a waitlist, unsure where to turn. Come as you are; we’ll begin together.”

— Delvin & Emily 🔶

Common questions

How much does it cost?

1:1 sessions and group cohorts are priced transparently, with sliding-scale and bursary places available. Many professionals get coaching fully funded through Access to Work. Prices are shown on each programme — we never hide them.

Is it online or in person?

Everything runs live online, across the UK, so you can take part from wherever you are. In-person community is part of our longer-term plan.

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

No. You're welcome whether you're diagnosed, waiting for an assessment, or simply recognise the traits in yourself or your family.

What is Access to Work?

It's a UK government grant that can pay for ADHD coaching at work — often in full, with no formal diagnosis required. We guide you through every step.

Should I choose a group or 1:1?

Groups give you community and are more affordable; 1:1 is private and fully tailored. Many people do both — start wherever feels right.
